The Miles Community College Center for Distance Education and Community Outreach (DECO) will be offering the workshop “How to Effectively Sell Yourself, Your Products and Your Services Part I” presented by Rebecca Drake, MA, Tuesday, April 19 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in room 106. Rebecca is the founding President of Rebecca Drake Seminars and Bank Leadership Training. Pre-registration is required by April 8.
This workshop provides you the opportunity to Decide specifically how you wish others (clients, peers, public) to perceive you; Learn how to effectively present dynamic “7 and 15 Second Commercials”; Learn to present your ideas, suggestions, and/or proposals in a more professional manner; Learn how to gracefully introduce yourself and others whether it be for work or pleasure; Learn how to better connect with others and build rapport more quickly and effectively; Learn how to better position your agenda in any situation; Discover what it is about your voice that causes a positive or negative reaction in others; Discover what it is about your visual image and attitude that causes a positive or negative reaction; Receive invaluable feedback and coaching on your first impression.
